Gifts Delivery Charges

• The delivery cost is a flat rate of $15 anywhere in Australia.
• Same day delivery is possible for our gift baskets range in Sydney if your order is place before 10am except on weekends at a cost of $20.
• All orders received by 1pm are dispatched on next day, arriving time is generally within 2-3 working days for major capital cities.
• Outlying and rural areas can take up to 3-8 working days, all deliveries within Australia will be shipped next day.
• For orders outside Australia please send us an email. with all necessary details and we will inform you of delivery prices and arriving times.

Deliveries to Units and Appartments can be difficult. If a no one is home to accept delivery of a gift;  the gift will, in most cases be return to the local Depot.  A notice or calling card will be left in the receivers mail box.

Please note there may be occasional delivery delays due to issues beyond our control such as: air freight hold ups at airports, poor weather or spot security checks. These delays are rare, however, are issues that we have no control over.

We try to provide a great service with the speed of our deliveries; we cannot be responsible for courier delays outside our control.  Should there be any extraordinary delays in our handling of your order, we will contact you to keep you informed.

Please note: No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. Please ensure that the correct delivery address for the receiver is provided, as a re-delivery fee of $15 will apply to incorrectly addressed orders. We do not deliver to hospitals.

General Information

All prices listed are inclusive of Australian Government GST.

If due to unforeseen circumstances it is necessary to substitute any item when preparing your order, we guarantee the substitution will be of equal or greater value and quality.

If you are delivering the gift personally and a card is required please advice us, as the gift card will be attached to the outside of the packaging and left blank.

Gift Packing

We take the presentation of your gift seriously. Our aim is to have your gift arrive beautifully presented and the way we would love to receive a gift ourselves. Each gift basket is wrapped in cellophane paper beautifully decorated ready to be enjoy, our Baby gift cakes are also served on a silver cardboard cake plate wrap also in cellophane paper and extravagantly trimmed with ribbons. In any other gift, the packaging will especified in their own product description.

Our aim is to always bring sunshine in every gift, creating wonderful memories for years to come and making mum and baby feel special, when received your gift will stand out from all others.

Please let us know by email if you required a hand written card this will be attached to the gift, and please send the message you would like to be added in the card, this will be included with your purchase.

Privacy & Security Policy

Sunshine Creations recognises that your privacy is very important to you and we will not collect any personal information about you, except when you knowingly provide it. We use the information provide to us for billing and delivery purposes and to measure customer interest in our products. The information provided is only viewed by Sunshine Creations personnel who necessarily have to do so for the sole purpose of completing a business transaction for sale or purchase.

You may provide us with your email address. We will only ever use your email address so that we can

• contact you about your order or answer a query, or
• send you special offers, from time to time. Your email address is private and we will never sell it to third parties.

Any personal information that you give us is private. We will never release personal information to persons or entities without your explicit consent.

Exceptions to this are: where Sunshine Creations is required by law to disclose certain information.

As part of the National Privacy Principles, customers can advise us at any time if they

• do not wish to receive any information from any related party or promotion partners, or if they
• no longer wish to receive product information from Sunshine Creations.
